When you place an order here's what you can expect:

As a skilled formulator, Karissa takes pride in creating high-quality products that meet the needs of her customers. While she is responsible for formulating almost every product in her line, there are a few exceptions. These include the "Bleu Serum," the "Gentle Body Wash," and the "Gelly Face Wash."

Phenoxyethanol in Our Products

Our in-house products do not contain phenoxyethanol, but some of our outsourced products do. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to use these products is up to you.

• All water-based products have a shelf life of three months after you open them.

• To ensure optimal quality, it is recommended to discard the products after three months.

• If you notice an unusual odor or significant changes in consistency, please refrain from using the product.

• Rest assured that I offer a 3-month guarantee on all water-based products, giving you peace of mind.

We take great pride in ensuring that all our products are safe for children of all ages. Here are some points to keep in mind about our products:

• Our oil-based products are entirely safe for children, as they do not contain any harmful chemicals that could cause irritation or harm to their delicate skin.

• On babies age newborn to 2: For our water-based products, we recommend diluting them with carrier oils before use. This is because we use a preservative that contains salicylic acid, which can cause mild irritation on sensitive skin if used in high concentrations.

• It is important to note that the salicylic acid used in our products is present at a concentration lower than 1%, making it safe for use. However, we still recommend diluting the product to ensure complete safety for children.

• We take great care in choosing the ingredients for our products, and we only use those that have been extensively tested and proven to be safe for use on children's skin.

• We also ensure that our products are free from any harmful chemicals, such as parabens, sulfates, and phthalates, which can cause long-term harm to children's health.

We take pride in using one of the safest emulsifiers available in the market – Cetearyl Olivate and Sorbitan Olivate.
